“LIX” is the Roman numeral for 59 - Edgar’s age when he founded this company. It’s a symbol that it’s never too late to build something real. Never too late to make a comeback. Never too late to create legacy.
Founded by a local veteran and family crew, we acquire distressed properties, restore them to value, and strengthen local neighborhoods. Each project employs local hands and builds futures for veterans and returning citizens.
